Asset Strategies Engaged To Provide Advisory Services For Boutique Wellness Resort

Asset Strategies has been engaged to provide advisory services to a privately held boutique wellness resort.

The property, located in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, includes a wellness center as well as a gated community with beautifully finished homes and other lots available for purchase.  Samasati/Samarcando is situated on 250 acres of protected rainforest located on a mountaintop overlooking the Caribbean.

The resort will be coming to market in early 2020.

Additionally, Asset Strategies has been retained to produce and promote the 2019 Mountainfilm On Tour Festival which originates in Telluride and has a global following.  It is being hosted in Estes Park for the first time this year and will be held at the Dao House.  This year’s theme celebrates indomitable spirit and the power of film, art and ideas to inspire humanity to create a better world.
