A Big Hug and Hello To All Of My Real Estate Friends and Clients
What a year and then some! Luckily, most of us made it through, though I lost several friends and family to the virus.
I am reflecting back on June of last year. My very good friend Deb Bartlett came from Salt Lake City to visit me in Boulder. We hiked, cooked out, and collaborated on articles that we posted with our thoughts about how CRE would survive and reinvent itself. Deb passed away suddenly and it was a tremendous loss of a great friend.
Deb had such a huge influence on our industry! Brilliant.
My clients and colleagues have mostly known each other since the mid-’80s in DC. We thought we had seen it all. New day, new beginning. I appreciate spring and summer more than ever.
Several assignments underway and under consideration. News to follow. Be well my friends.
Love hiking the Flat Irons and all of the beauty that Boulder offers! Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend.
